Customized High Temperature 6000ZZ bearing for our customer!

A 6000ZZ high-temperature bearing is a standard 10x26x8mm deep groove ball bearing modified with high-temp grease (like Klüber Barrierta) and sometimes enhanced materials (like stainless steel) and clearances (C4) to handle extreme heat, often up to 250°C (500°F) or more, offering good corrosion resistance and performance in hot industrial environments. These feature metal shields (ZZ) for dirt protection, allowing higher speeds than rubber seals, and increased internal clearance (C4) to manage thermal expansion.
